SS501’s Kim Hyun Joong’s growth from age 1 up to now has been revealed! On the July 18th show of SBS TV’s “Bae Ki Wan, Choi Young Ah, and Jo Hyung Gi’s Good Morning” Kim Hyun Joong’s younger pictures were shown. On this day, pictures of him since he was one years old were shown consecutively.
When Kim Hyun Joong was younger he has big eyes and also a good appearance. Kim Hyun Joong’s friends from elementary school has stated, “Kim Hyun Joong’s proportions were different from other kids even when he was younger,” “he was good looking but he didn’t really decorate himself.”
As fans already know, Kim Hyun Joong debuted as a singer but through KBS 2TV’s “Boys Over Flowers” he gained even more popularity and currently he is performing solo activities.
Kim Hyun Joong followed up with song ‘Kiss Kiss’ that captivates viewer’s heart with his sweet stage performance.
Kim Hyun Joong performed track ‘Kiss Kiss’ for the first time on MBC ‘Show! Music Core’ on the 16th, hosted by special MC Nickhun, Chan Sung (2PM) and Suzy (Miss A), Ji Yeon (T-ara).
Spotting a clean cut and dyed hair in a chic grey suit, Kim Hyun Joong’s transformation into a dandy boy with his lovely smile makes one earn to kiss him.
In contrast to ‘Break Down’, ‘Kiss Kiss’ features a 180 degree change in image. Kim Hyun Joong’s ‘Kiss Kiss’ is a song with lively dance rhythms, featuring sweet lyrics which Kim Hyun Joong would like to express to his fans.
Meanwhile, artistes performing on the broadcast on the 16th includes 2PM, 2NE1, Kim Hyun Joong, MBLAQ, HyunA, Secret, CSJH Dana & Sunday, Min Kyung Hun, ZE:A, Mighty Mouth, A Pink, Girls Day, Sunny Hill, 4MEN, B1A4, Baek Cheong Kang, GP Basic, Block B and etc.
In the upcoming episode of KBS’s “Declaration of Freedom Saturday – Secret,” Kim Hyun Joong’s close friends will reveal the star’s split personality. During the recording, his friends, who co-operate his chicken restaurant, made a surprise visit to the studio and revealed stories about the star, making Kim Hyun Joong break out in a sweat. They talked about their trip to Jeju Island and how hurt they were when Kim Hyun Joong pretended he didn’t know them.
According to his friends, they were at the airport on their way back from the trip when Kim Hyun Joong took out his sunglasses and coat, left his belongings with them, and ignored them as he walked away. Kim Hyun Joong appeared flustered at this unexpected “attack” from his friends, and other guests were surprised to hear this side of him as well. They shared others stories about their friendship with Kim Hyun Joong.
This episode of KBS’s “Declaration of Freedom Saturday – Secret” will also star H.O.T.’s Tony An, Lee Soo Geun, Eun Ji Won, Narsha, Kim Jong Min, Nana, and others and will air tonight, July 16th, on KBS at 5:50PM KST.

The popularity of the solo singer Kim HyunJoong is spreading across all Asia.
Kim HyunJoong have released his first solo mini album ‘Break Down’ in June. Within 2 weeks of the album released, 100,000 copies of the album have been cleared out. His title track in the album, Break Down, have dominated various music charts for the 1st place alongside with other songs in the album like ‘Please’ & ‘Kiss Kiss’.
The popularity of ‘Break Down’ have also swept across to other parts of Asia. Last week, Break Down was also placed 1st in various overseas music charts, shows and sites like Japan Oricon Chart (The highest number of album sales), Taiwan (5 Music & G-Music), Phillipines (ASTRO), Thailand (Channel V), HongKong (KKBox) and etc.

The first stage performance for ‘Kiss Kiss’ falls on 14th of July through the cable channel Mnet ‘M!Countdown’.
Additionally, after concluding his ‘Kiss Kiss’ promotion, Kim HyunJoong will begin his overseas promotion starting from August.
