Through his first solo mini-album “Break Down,” he revealed his masculine body as well as dynamic dancing skills. In terms of acting, he played a role in “Boys Over Flowers” and “Playful Kiss.” He was also selected by CNN as a singer-actor who will lead the Hallyu Wave.

In addition to the three idols above, other male celebrities such as 2PM’s Taecyeon, JYJ’s Yoochun, and Big Bang’s TOP are also on the radar for leading the Hallyu Wave in the future.
